Tailoring formation center

Since February 2004, in Koovathur, a small village in the Perambalur District, Tamil Nadu, a tailoring center has been opened.

It is fully equipped with 6 sewing-machines, table, stools, fabrics and equipment.

The girls that have frequented the courses, all coming from very poor villages, can get skills that allow them to easily find a job. Some of them work part-time for ABChildren and make small articles.
